Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By joining this giveaway, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to residents WORLDWIDE over the age of 18. All employees of CDKEYNL.NL (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), and all associated entities (partner websites: Allkeyshop.com, CheapDigitalDownload.com, Clavecd.es, Free-CD-Key.com, Free-Xbox-Live.com, Goclecd.fr, Keyforsteam.de, CDkeyit.it, CDkeypt.pt, and PicMyGame.com) are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Giveaway constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. The Giveaway ends on the date and time specified on the Giveaway Widget , on the Giveaway blog post, and announcements pertaining to the Giveaway published on CDKEYNL.NL’s official Social Networks. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Giveaway Period. No further entries will be accepted after the Giveaway Period, and no responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

3. This Giveaway is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and any other Social Network. By joining the Giveaway, you agree to release Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and any other Social Network of any responsibilities associated with the Giveaway.

4. CDKEYNL.NL reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions without notice. Any other changes to the Giveaway will be communicated by the Sponsor to the entrants as soon as possible.

5. CDKEYNL.NL is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize published on the Giveaway widget (PunchTab) is the sole basis of the prize to be sent to winner/s.

6. Prize (“Game”) cannot be exchanged for cash or other video game titles and editions and is not transferrable. Delivery of prize is subject to Game’s release date and availability. By joining the Giveaway, you agree that in the event that you are named the winner, you are willing to wait until the Game is available on-hand before the Giveaway Sponsor can send it to you.

7. Winners will be chosen randomly using PunchTab.com and will be notified by email within 24-48 hours after Giveaway ends. Winner has 48 hours to respond before a new winner is selected. Winners’ names will be announced on CDKEYNL.NL’s official Social Network pages (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest). Only those announced on said channels are considered official winners of the Giveaway. Giveaway winners agree to the use of his/her name in any publicity material for announcement purposes only.

8. By joining the Giveaway, you agree to receive weekly newsletters containing promotions, deals, rewards coupons, and contests. You have the right to unsubscribe to the weekly newsletter any time.
